What information we collect and how.


Data Collected from All Users

Information is collected via our website www.crowdcore.com, our platform, CrowdCore and through any emails or phone calls made between CrowdCore Technologies Inc. and You. We collect both information that you directly supply us with, or digital data that is not associated with you,such as pages visited on our website, general demographics, and product usage statistics.

Your Contact Information

When you sign-up to use CrowdCore we collect and maintain details that you directly provide to us via our contact form which include things like name, phone number and email address.

Automatically Collected Information.

When you use our website or apps, we also collect information about the device you're using, location, IP address, location, the browser you use, and other marketing related data collection.

Data Collected from Event Organizers.

If you are an event organizer, we collect more details from you.

These details include information that you provide to us through the use of CrowdCore, including user data, such as how you use CrowdCore, information about your events, revenue etc.

We may also retain billing that you provide, such as credit card details which may contain personal data. If you use CrowdCore’s payment processing, we also retain your direct deposit banking details and address details to ensure you receive payments through your bank or via cheques, or as required for tax filing purposes.



Data Collected from Attendees

We collect personal data from you for our own uses and also on behalf of an Organizer. This information is collected when you register for or purchase tickets via an event hosted by an Organizer who is using the CrowdCore platform in the form of an event page or website. This includes things like financial data provided by you (credit card number, expiration date, billing details, etc.)

Organizers can collect any information they want via their event page. We do not have control over the Organizers event registration, ticket sales process or the data that they collect. However, when you register through them, we also receive your personal data.

Other places your data can be collected from.

We may collect additional personal data from third party sources like Organizers or other event attendees, app integrations, social media, your bank, our payment processing partners etc.



How we use your information.

To help you get set up with CrowdCore.

When you sign-up with us, we contact you to help you set up your account. For this we use theinformation that you specifically provide, like your email address, phone number, company details etc.

To contact you regarding customer surveys.

Sometimes we will run customer surveys to help us understand how we can serve you better. We will use your email address, and we will retain your responses to our survey questions.

To send you product updates, marketing offers and news.

From time to time, we will send you updates regarding our product improvements, send marketing related communications or company news. You can opt-out of these at any time.

To provide you with ongoing customer support.

If you engage with our support team, we store any information that you provide us with in relation to you and your support request.

To help improve our product and services.

We retain non-personal data on how you use our platform in order to better understand how users are interacting with and making use of CrowdCore.

To send you push notifications via our mobile app.

If you sign-up to use the CrowdCore mobile app, we collect non-personal data like location, tickets purchased, value etc. in order to help you find local events.

How your information is shared and with who.

Third Parties who sell products or services to you.

We may share your information with partners that we work with, like payment processing companies or other IT service providers who may or may not be located in the USA.

Business partners.

Your data may be shared with our business partners. These include venues, artists, promoters and businesses that host events using our platform. Our partners will use the data we provide them with in accordance with their own privacy policies. We suggest you check partner privacypolicies to learn more on how they handle your personal and non-personal data.

Successors of our business.

If in whole or in part, Chumify Technologies is purchased or acquired by another organization, all user and customer data will be transferred to them.

If Legally required to do so or to protect ourselves.

If required to do so, by law, we will share your information. We may also need to share data in order to protect ourselves.
